MPower Plus in Brussels, Belgium is seeking a seasoned AI/ML engineer on a contract basis. The role requires 6-8 years in AI/ML/Advanced Analytics with hands-on production deployment experience and strong Python skills.

You will deploy, test, and maintain AI/ML models and services, monitor performance, ensure reproducibility and interpretability, and troubleshoot production issues. Hybrid work consists of 2–3 days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of AI/ML/Advanced Analytics experience.
• 5+ years of Python experience with pandas, scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
• End-to-end AI/ML deployment across development, testing, serving, and production.
• Production monitoring and troubleshooting of ML services after deployment.
• ML model reproducibility and interpretability are essential.
