TiTANS Consulting seeks a project support specialist to assist the purchasing department and project teams. You will manage purchase orders in SAP, coordinate with internal customers and suppliers, and help maintain contracts. Collaboration with Berlin colleagues ensures aligned project delivery.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of SAP MM and Microsoft applications.
• Experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
• Strong analytic and organizational skills.
• Able to build good relationships with internal customers.
• Proactive and good communication.
• Understanding of the purchasing process is essential.
• Team-oriented with willingness to help others.
• Autonomous and eager to learn.
• Identify and translate improvement topics into business cases.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support within the purchasing department.
• Create and manage purchase orders in SAP; track and meet deadlines.
• Assist internal customers and suppliers with SAP and Ariba PO questions.
• Create/modify contracts in SAP; monitor functional mailboxes.
• Coordinate with Excellence team for process optimization.
• Support Project Manager in day-to-day activities; track progress and deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver project demos; develop training materials and user docs.
• Collaborate with Berlin-based colleagues for smooth project execution.
• Act as a point of contact for project-related questions and communications.
