HIVE-X is seeking an Application Architect / Technical Lead to design, implement and govern complex systems for the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. You will collaborate with analysts, testers and middleware specialists, ensuring high-quality deliverables and best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Expert level in Java, Spring and JPA architecture and implementation.
• Strong REST/OpenAPI design and testing with JUnit/Mockito.
• Experience with DB2, MySQL, Docker-based CI/CD and modern frontend (Angular).

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain software architecture documents and technical designs.
• Lead development teams, ensure code quality, performance and timely deliveries.
• Drive refactoring, debt reduction and adherence to standards across the stack.
