Job summary

Pauwels Consulting seeks an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to bridge operational needs and digital innovation in Antwerp. You will own the product roadmap and translate business requirements into scalable, end‑to‑end solutions for end users.

Requires 5+ years in business analysis and BPM, plus Agile/Scrum experience, strong reporting (KPIs/dashboards), and native Dutch. The project runs full-time in Antwerp until 31/12/2027, with options for permanent staff or freelancers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on general business operations and ICT.
5+ years of experience in development and optimization of business processes using BPM methodologies.
Proven experience with Agile and Scrum to drive product development.
Experience with reporting tools and KPIs/dashboards.
Native Dutch speaker.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document business needs and translate them into functional/technical solutions.
Execute the Product Owner role within Agile trajectories by managing backlogs, roadmaps, and priorities.
Optimize business processes and support digital transformation across the organization.
Facilitate workshops and lead consultations with stakeholders.
Monitor the quality, progress, and value of implemented digital solutions.
Contribute to innovation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
