Requires 5+ years in business analysis and BPM, plus Agile/Scrum experience, strong reporting (KPIs/dashboards), and native Dutch. The project runs full-time in Antwerp until 31/12/2027, with options for permanent staff or freelancers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on general business operations and ICT.
• 5+ years of experience in development and optimization of business processes using BPM methodologies.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum to drive product development.
• Experience with reporting tools and KPIs/dashboards.
• Native Dutch speaker.

Requirements

• You bring proven experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive product development.
• You have experience with reporting tools and methodologies, including KPIs and dashboards.
• You are native in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Stakeholder Management and change management trajectories.
• Knowledge of Project Management facets such as costing, timing, and coordination.
• Experience with API architecture and integration challenges.
• Familiarity with Security, Privacy, and GDPR within ICT environments.
