VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. is seeking a SATCOM Network Engineer to deliver design, integration, operation and maintenance of complex SATCOM networks in a mission-critical environment in Mons, Belgium.

The role requires NATO Secret clearance, 5+ years in IP networking (routing, switching, WAN), and hands-on experience with hub-and-spoke, mesh, and hybrid SATCOM architectures. You will ensure secure, reliable service delivery across commercial and military capabilities.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in IP networking including routing, switching and WAN technologies.
• Experience supporting SATCOM, WAN, or deployed communication systems.
• Desirable knowledge of NATO/NCIA structures and organisational context.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical design, integration, operation and maintenance of SATCOM network architectures.
• Support lifecycle management of SATCOM topologies (hub-and-spoke, mesh, point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, hybrid).
• Ensure reliable end-to-end SATCOM service delivery with secure, resilient networks.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• University Degree or Higher Vocational Training in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, Network Engineering, SATCOM Engineering, or a related field ;
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IP networking, including routing, switching, WAN technologies, and troubleshooting of complex network environments ;
• Experience supporting SATCOM, WAN, or deployed communication systems in operational or mission-critical environments.

Desirable :

• Knowledge of NATO and NCIA structures, roles, and organisational context .

Duties/role:

• Providing technical expertise in the design, integration, operation, maintenance, optimisation , and evolution of SATCOM network architectures supporting operational, commercial, and mission-critical communication services ;
• Supporting the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of SATCOM network topologies, including hub-and-spoke, mesh, point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, and hybrid SATCOM architectures integrating military and commercial capabilities ;
• Ensuring reliable end-to-end SATCOM service delivery by maintaining secure, resilient, and highly available network infrastructure supporting operational and mission-critical services.
