VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. is seeking a SATCOM Network Engineer to deliver design, integration, operation and maintenance of complex SATCOM networks in a mission-critical environment in Mons, Belgium.

The role requires NATO Secret clearance, 5+ years in IP networking (routing, switching, WAN), and hands-on experience with hub-and-spoke, mesh, and hybrid SATCOM architectures. You will ensure secure, reliable service delivery across commercial and military capabilities.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in IP networking including routing, switching and WAN technologies.
• Experience supporting SATCOM, WAN, or deployed communication systems.
• Desirable knowledge of NATO/NCIA structures and organisational context.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical design, integration, operation and maintenance of SATCOM network architectures.
• Support lifecycle management of SATCOM topologies (hub-and-spoke, mesh, point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, hybrid).
• Ensure reliable end-to-end SATCOM service delivery with secure, resilient networks.
