Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven ability to acquire and develop project accounts within construction or luxury goods sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction details and sustainability considerations.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and manage key project accounts in Belgium from initial contact to project completion.
• Proactively build a network with architects, developers and contractors to secure tenders and specifications.
• Attend industry events and organize targeted events to grow market presence.
• Provide consultative sales and technical guidance, supporting partners with project-specific solutions and standards.
• Lead internal coordination with technical services and marketing to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Villeroy & Boch, promoting innovation and premium performance.
• Deliver presentations and workshops to articulate value and case studies to stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new project opportunities to identify growth areas.
