Wyre, a brand-new infrastructure company born from a collaboration between Telenet and Fluvius, invites you to join the Network Build and Mass Roll-Out team as Project Forecast Manager – FTTH Delivery. You will plan end-to-end FTTH mass roll-out with internal and external partners, monitor timelines and deliverables, and provide insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a planning/forecasting role
• Experience with end-to-end FTTH or telecom rollout planning is a plus
• Knowledge of HFC and telecom technologies is advantageous
• Familiarity with SA/SLAs and reporting requirements

Working in the Network Build and Mass Roll-Out team

In this team we ensure the timely end-to-end build-up and Mass Roll-Out of FTTH according to the predetermined milestones.Making sure we can deliver giga speed, reliable data networks etc. we lead the way.

Your tasks as Project Forecast Manager – FTTH Delivery

You are responsible for the operational end-to-end planning of FTTH mass roll-out works with the Network Build teams (internal) and Construction Partners (external). You oversee their high-level plans, monitor the provided timelines, report on the general progress and validate the deliverables:

• Planning:
  • Align with Strategic, HLD (high level design) and LLD (low level design) planning and you are responsible for follow-up as of GO for LLD.
  • Set deadlines for delivery on MRO dependencies for each MRO area which has passed the LLD gate.
  • Together with each Service Delivery Manager, ensure that the necessary kick-off meetings with all parties (internal & external) are set up, executed and registered in the tools.
  • Assist in verification of the provided short and long term planning of construction partners.
  • Ensure correct and timely reporting towards all stakeholders and provide the necessary insights and analysis on the current planning and implementation of MRO/POP areas.
  • Provides input for short and long term forecasting and deliveries.
• Analysis: Execute analysis on proposed plannings from partners on feasibility, likelihood of success, throughput time and risks. Provide new business requirements as input for structural changes and improvements.
• Operational control: Ensure that defined targets are met and established agreements are honored. Monitor adherence to agreed processes and procedures and respect the proposed SLA’s (service level agreements).
• Evaluation: Provide data to be used for the continuous evaluation of a partner (timelines, SLA adherence, speed of delivery, etc.) and formulate improvement initiatives on planning and implementation aspects of tooling or process.
• Administrative aftercare: You are responsible for ensuring that the administrative data is complete and correct, actively monitor the administrative input of others (internal and external stakeholders).

Our ideal Project Forecast Manager – FTTH Delivery

• At least 3 years of relevant experience within a similar role with planning responsibility.
• Knowledge and experience of the complex legislation and regulations, as well as the administrative systems, of the various regions (including Brussels Capital Region).
• Knowledge of HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax) and telecommunications technology.
• Knowledge of the Belgian ARAB and AREI safety regulations.
• At least bilingual: Dutch and English (spoken and written), preferably also French.
• You have strong organizational and planning skills and are assertive and very communicative.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent through experience.
• Strong analytical skills, you can plan structural solutions.
