NN Insurance Services Belgium is seeking a Project Manager Broker and Internal Projects to lead high-impact IT initiatives in Azure Cloud and real-time API architectures. You will work at the intersection of Business and IT, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, on time, and with stakeholder satisfaction.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners, maintain risk and priority oversight, and actively contribute to NN's growth and digital future.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Experience in the insurance sector is an asset but not required.
• Strong delivery focus with a pragmatic, collaborative approach.

What does your job as Project Manager Broker and Internal Projects look like? Would you like to play a key role in NN’s digital future? As a Project Manager Broker and Internal Projects, you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects within a modern IT environment powered by Azure Cloud, real-time API architectures, AI, and other innovative technologies.

You will work at the intersection of Business and IT, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while maintaining a strong focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will build bridges between different teams and foster a culture of co-creation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from A to Z, from analysis through to successful delivery. Maintain oversight of priorities, risks, dependencies, and action items. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. Ensure clear communication and transparent reporting. Coach and support stakeholders in developing effective solutions. Be part of the IT Leadership Team and actively contribute to the organization’s continued growth and innovation.

Experience and Skills

Experience in the insurance sector is an asset but not a requirement. You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
