Capgemini Engineering Belgium is seeking a Project Manager with MES expertise (Siemens Opcenter or AVEVA) to lead manufacturing technology projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate with manufacturing, IT, quality and validation teams, and ensure GMP compliance and validated system lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Lead MES implementations from requirements through go-live and hypercare.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, IT, quality and validation teams to ensure deliverables on time.
• Track project KPIs, budgets, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate change management to drive user adoption of MES capabilities.
• Ensure proper documentation, risk management and issue resolution.
