Projective Group is seeking a Project Manager Life Insurances to coordinate life insurance projects, translating priorities into actionable plans and aligning stakeholders across IT and business teams in a modernising IT transformation context.

You will work in a Belgian insurance environment, collaborating with multiple locations and teams, driving delivery in a pragmatic hybrid setting and supporting testing and change activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in IT, business or project management.
• Medior experience in project management, preferably IT/transformation.
• Good understanding of life insurance products, processes or operational flows.
• Familiarity with IT delivery methodologies, including agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Able to structure complex topics and keep stakeholders aligned.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate life insurance projects from scope definition to delivery.
• Translate business priorities into clear project plans and actions.
• Align business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.
• Monitor planning, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and quality.
• Facilitate project activities in a hybrid agile/waterfall environment.
• Support testing, change and delivery activities with involved teams.
• Prepare clear status reporting with attention points and proposed solutions.
