Projective Group is seeking a Project Manager Life Insurances to coordinate life insurance projects, translating priorities into actionable plans and aligning stakeholders across IT and business teams in a modernising IT transformation context.

You will work in a Belgian insurance environment, collaborating with multiple locations and teams, driving delivery in a pragmatic hybrid setting and supporting testing and change activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in IT, business or project management.
• Medior experience in project management, preferably IT/transformation.
• Good understanding of life insurance products, processes or operational flows.
• Familiarity with IT delivery methodologies, including agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Able to structure complex topics and keep stakeholders aligned.

You will work at a leading Belgian insurance organisation operating in a cooperative and purpose-driven environment. The organisation is undergoing a significant IT transformation to modernise its life insurance landscape, including pension, savings and investment products. You will collaborate closely with business and IT teams across multiple locations, helping projects move forward in a structured and pragmatic way.

Your Tasks

• Strong communication skills in Dutch or French, combined with professional English.
• Consultant mindset with ownership, collaboration and a pragmatic way of working.
• Experience in financial services or insurance transformation projects is a strong plus.
