Job summary

Editx is seeking a Senior Project Manager IT in Brussels to lead the implementation of software solutions at client sites, across run, ticketing and upgrade projects within a highly customised platform environment.

You will report to the practice lead, oversee several client accounts and their implementation projects, coordinate with business analysts and an external partner, steer budgets and deadlines, manage scoping decisions and keep the solution aligned with client needs while controlling

• Reporting to the practice lead, you take operational ownership of several client accounts and the implementation projects attached to them.
• You manage the relationship between the client, the internal teams and an external technical partner, while keeping a firm grip on the functional content of the projects.
• Manage the budgets, deadlines and contractual commitments of your accounts.
• Work with the business analyst on scoping client needs: challenge requests, measure them against the platform's capabilities and decide which customisations to retain.
• Steer the external partner delivering the technical teams, and coordinate exchanges between client, partner and internal teams.
• Follow up on run and ticketing, and lead upgrade and evolution projects.
• Identify contractual, budgetary and operational risks, and bring the trade-offs to the client.

The job
