Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects for a client in the Ghent/Kortrijk region. You will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, while minimizing business disruption.

The role requires strong coordination of internal IT teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers, with excellent communication and reporting. Fluent Dutch and good English are essential; French is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects for a company in the Ghent/Kortrijk region. The candidate will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while minimizing business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects from planning to implementation and handover.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure clear communication and regular project reporting.
• Coordinate technical upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle replacements.

Potential Project Assignments

• Windows Server 2016 upgrade or migration project.
• Lifecycle projects involving servers, storage, backup, and server rooms.
• Multifunction printer lifecycle and replacement projects.
• Fixed telephony migration projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technical projects, migrations, and external suppliers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English; French is a plus.
• Available to work fully on-site in the Ghent/Kortrijk region.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive, structured, and results-oriented project manager who can take ownership of infrastructure projects and drive them to successful completion.
