Orange Business Brussels recherche un Chef de Projet Data pour piloter des projets de transformation axés sur la Data et l’IA. Vous encadrerez des équipes internes et externes, gérerez les livrables et assurerez les interfaces avec le client, tout en contribuant à la croissance des activités Data et Cloud.

Le candidat idéal dispose d’un Master en informatique, d’au moins 5 années d’expérience en PM IT et maîtrise l’anglais avec le français ou le néerlandais.

Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion de projets data (migration, data science, governance).
• Compétences analytiques et pragmatiques exigées.
• Anglais courant; Français ou Néerlandais requis.

Responsabilités

• Conduire la définition du périmètre, la planification, l’estimation des coûts et la tarification des projets de conseil.
• Conduire l’implémentation des services numériques autour de la Data et de l’IA, projets de complexité moyenne.
• Garantir le respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité attendue.
• Gérer les relations quotidiennes avec les parties prenantes et résoudre les problèmes.
• Communiquer l’état des projets via rapports et réunions.
• Identifier des opportunités commerciales et participer à la pré-vente.
• Constituer les équipes projet avec les collaborateurs Orange et partenaires.

What you’ll do as Project Manager in Data:

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with

• Lead the scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing of consulting projects.
• Lead Orange Business Digital Services solution implementation projects of moderate complexity, or a collection of multiple smaller projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and within client expectations for quality and functionality.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders and resolution of all issues.
• Maintain and communicate project status to all stakeholders in reports and status meetings.
• Identify sales opportunities, participate in pre‑sales planning, project pricing, bid review, and presentation of sales proposals.
• Build a project team, including Orange Business employees, offshore resources, and contractors.

Who you are:

What matters most for this role

• Experience managing data projects (data platform migration and implementation, data science, data governance...).
• Strong analytical and pragmatic mindset.
• Solution oriented and result driven.
• Information Technology (IT) related degree, a Master’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimal 5 years of Project Management experience within Information Technology (or equivalent).
• Project Methodology certifications (PRINCE 2, SCRUM, Agile PM) is an asset.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
