mc2i à Bruxelles recherche un Data Consultant pour accompagner un client majeur du secteur de l'énergie. Vous apporterez votre expertise en Data et programmation pour gérer des projets de données.

Le poste nécessite minimum 3 ans d'expérience en DATA et une maîtrise des outils comme Dataiku, SQL, et Python. Rejoignez une équipe dynamique et contribuez à des projets à forte valeur ajoutée.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en DATA.
• Maîtrise de Python et SQL souhaitable.
• Maîtrise d'au moins deux outils parmi Dataiku, Databricks, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Maîtrise d'au moins un outil de visualisation comme PowerBI ou Tableau.
• Fluent en anglais et français.

Description du poste

As a Data Consultant in Brussels, you will contribute to the growth of mc2i in Belgium and work with a major client – a key player in the energy sector – on strategic projects.

You will bring your expertise in Data (Dataiku, Databricks, etc.) and programming (SQL, Python, etc.) to all phases of the project: analysis and design, deployment and coordination, tests, change management/project adoption.

Responsabilités

• Gathering and analyzing stakeholder needs.
• Identifying and benchmarking solutions that meet the needs.
• Evaluating the impact of the proposed solution on the user process and system maintenance.
• Identifying functional and technical dependencies within the system and with others (upstream, downstream dependencies).
• Supporting development teams during the design phase and ensuring that functional/technical specifications comply with the proposed solution and business requirements.
• Preparing and carrying out tests of the solutions once delivered by the development team and providing all necessary documentation (test plan, tracking tool, incident management, etc.).
• Assisting users in preparing communication and training plans, as well as in creating and leading workshops and training sessions.
• Managing these Data projects from end to end, from defining business needs to their implementation.
• Reporting to a local Manager, you will benefit from the project management expertise of mc2i and the feedback from our employees.
• Being involved in our publications (blogs, press), recruitment of new talent, and commercial activity of our firm.

Votre profil

• Looking for a permanent contract (CDI) in the consulting field in Brussels.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DATA.
• Skills in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Visualization.
• Desirable mastery of Python and SQL.
• Mastery of at least two of: Dataiku, Databricks, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Mastery of at least one of: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker.
• Initial experience in the energy sector is desirable.
• Knowledge of AI appreciated.
• Passion for new technologies and their evolution, willing to join a dynamic and growing team to work on high‑value‑added projects in the energy sector.
• Initial experience in consulting is an asset but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English and French.
