Job summary

Redion in Belgium seeks a Project Manager Business Excellence to lead strategic transformation across multiple countries, translating objectives into structured roadmaps and delivering measurable improvements.

You will partner with stakeholders, drive process optimization, Lean and automation initiatives, and foster a culture of high performance while coordinating delivery from design through training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, IT or related field.
• 3+ years in project management, consulting or business transformation.
• Strong track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with process optimization, Lean methodologies and change management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, translating complexity into clear messages.
• Hands-on experience with digitalization and automation initiatives, ideally in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational transformation projects across multiple countries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and create business value.
• Translate business objectives into structured project plans and actionable roadmaps.
• Coordinate project delivery from analysis and design through testing, implementation and training.
• Drive the adoption of new systems, digital tools and automation solutions.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, risks and outcomes while ensuring quality, scope and timelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a high-performance culture.
