TealsConsulting in Belgium is seeking a Project Manager Consultant to lead the planning, coordination and overall management of assigned projects. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes agile and scrum practices, translating client requirements into technical solutions, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with a very good knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

Overview

As a ProjectManager Consultant, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, andoverall management of assigned projects. You will work closely with internaland external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and withinbudget.

Key Responsibilities

Planning andMonitoring:

• Develop detailedproject plans by identifying key deliverables, deadlines, and resources.
• Monitor and regularlyupdate project progress and budgets.
• Identify potentialrisks and implement plans to mitigate them.

Team Management:

• Guide and motivate projectteam members.
• Assign tasks and coordinateindividual progress.
• Facilitate communicationwithin the team and resolve conflicts if necessary.

Communication andCoordination:

• Collaborate with internal andexternal stakeholders to define project objectives.
• Communicate regularly onprogress, potential issues, and solutions.
• Ensure effective coordinationbetween the various teams and departments involved in the project.

Quality Control:

• Implement quality controlprocesses to ensure compliance with defined standards.
• Conduct regular assessmentsto ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of project objectives.

Resource Management:

• Optimize the use of availableresources, including staff, time, and budget.
• Manage scope changes andensure that necessary adjustments are made.

Required qualifications:

Technical skills: Understanding of agile andscrum methodologies. Experience in a consulting firm or in a projectmanagement /business process analysis role.

Consulting Skills:Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills. Able of understanding clientrequirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, andpresenting recommendations to diverse audiences.

Languages skills:fluent in Dutch orFrench with a very good knowledge of English.

Academic background:Master in Finance /Business Management / Commercial Sciences or a related field. Certifications inrelated domains such as Project Management is a strong plus.
