Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Life Sciences sector in Belgium. You will lead complex pharmaceutical manufacturing projects from design to validation, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory standards, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and stakeholder management
• Experience with validation processes and documentation in regulated environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and good level of French
• Ability to challenge strategies and propose high-quality solutions

Responsabilités

• Managing end-to-end engineering projects in GMP and non-GMP environments, with focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production, and Technical departments
• Coordinating qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for manufacturing equipment and facilities
• Implementing and managing restart projects for production units, ensuring compliance with GxP standards
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery

Your Role

As a Project Manager in the Life Sciences sector, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex pharmaceutical manufacturing projects from design to validation. You will play a key role in ensuring projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end engineering projects in GMP and non-GMP environments, with focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production, and Technical departments
• Coordinating qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for manufacturing equipment and facilities
• Implementing and managing restart projects for production units, ensuring compliance with GxP standards
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and stakeholder management
• Experience with validation processes and documentation in regulated environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and good level of French
