Job summary

By-Cast NV, based in Tessenderlo, Belgium, seeks a Project Manager with strong technical and organizational skills to lead projects from handover to final delivery.

You will develop and review mechanical designs in Autodesk Inventor, coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams, and manage engineering, purchasing, production, inspections, and logistics to meet planning, budget and quality goals. Travel worldwide is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2 years in a technical project/engineering role.
• Structured, takes ownership, and communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager who combines technical expertise with strong project management skills.

Your Role

As Project Manager, you are responsible for the technical and organizational follow-up of projects, from order handover to final delivery. You combine project management with mechanical engineering. Design work is carried out in Autodesk Inventor within existing design standards. The main focus of the role is therefore not complex R&D, but the successful execution of projects within planning, budget, and quality requirements.

• You are structured, take ownership, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have knowledge of Autodesk Inventor; experience with CFD simulations is an advantage.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• You enjoy working in the office as well as occasional travel.
