Electra is accelerating the shift to electric mobility by deploying fast-charging stations across Europe. The company seeks a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end installation and rollout in Belgium, reporting to the Roll Out Manager Belgium.

You will collaborate with the development team and partner portfolio to ensure quality and speed, coordinating landowners, grid operators, and authorities while managing multiple projects and traveling within Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or electrical engineering.
• Strong project management, planning and multi‑stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch.

• Organize and oversee the entire installation of an Electra charging station.
• Assess the deployment concept and project feasibility with the development team and architects.
• Plan the different project phases: design, cost estimation, development, construction works and commissioning.
• Coordinate stakeholders: landowner, client, grid operators, engineering consultancies, installation partners, local authorities, etc.
• Manage several projects in parallel: define each partner’s scope of work, including budget, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Operate in compliance with Electra’s quality and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and help build processes.

What Do We Do?

The shift to electric mobility is happening.

Electra is accelerating it.

Founded in 2021 with the ambition to make cities cleaner and quieter, Electra is accelerating the shift to electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.

We are building and operating a network of fast-charging stations (20 minutes on average) with a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, our teams aim to deploy 15,000 fast-charging points by 2030, contributing to Europe’s energy transition.

In just 5 years, we have:

• Deployed +750 stations and 2,000+ fast-charging points

Your Missions

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end tracking and coordination of the development and implementation of our Electra ultra-fast charging stations. Reporting to the Roll Out Manager Belgium, you will work closely with our partner portfolio and our development team to deliver stations, ensuring quality and speed.

Your responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the entire installation of an Electra charging station.
• Assess the deployment concept and project feasibility with the development team and architects.
• Plan the different project phases: design, cost estimation, development, construction works and commissioning.
• Coordinate stakeholders: landowner, client, grid operators, engineering consultancies, installation partners, local authorities, etc.
• Manage several projects in parallel: define each partner’s scope of work, including budget, resources, risks and key deliverables.
• Operate in compliance with Electra’s quality and safety standards.
• Work in a continuous improvement mindset and help build processes.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in engineering or electrical engineering.
• Valid driving license (Permis B).
• Strong project management, planning and multi‑stakeholder coordination skills.
• Responsive and able to make quick decisions while finding solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player, able to collaborate while keeping a global view.
• Rigorous, organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch
• Mobility: you will be expected to travel regularly within Belgium, on average once per week.

Nice to have

• 2+ year of project management experience, preferably in mobility, energy or infrastructure.
