Keystone Solutions seeks a proactive IT Project Manager to join our JustCase initiatives on client sites. You will oversee planning, governance, and delivery across multiple projects in the judicial domain.

We value 2–5 years of IT project management experience, familiarity with Agile, Prince2 or PMO frameworks, and strong stakeholder management in complex environments; Dutch or French language proficiency is needed along with English active knowledge. On-site opportunities offered.

• Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Ensure consistency across projects and with the overall roadmap.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project practices.

This program involves several major projects and remains in an active development phase, requiring strong project governance to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more projects (planning, budget, resources, dependencies).
• Coordinate teams (business, ICT, external partners).
• Manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Provide reporting to governance bodies (Steerco, management).
• Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Ensure consistency across projects and with the overall roadmap.

Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMO).
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical and structured mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in public sector or justice domain.
• Knowledge of case management systems.
