The role coordinates business, ICT and external partners across two Belgian locations, ensuring planning, budgets, resources and dependencies stay aligned with program goals.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in IT project management, with Agile, Prince2 and PMO proficiency, and strong organizational skills. Dutch or French at native level, plus English, are required.

JustCase is the central case management program for the judicial domain, intended to unify and digitalize judicial processes. Several major initiatives are under active development, including NoodWet, NSWB, JustCase Youth and JustCase Labour. The assignment strengthens project governance so these initiatives remain coherent, high-quality and successfully delivered.

The Project Manager handles the operational management of multiple projects within the JustCase program. The role coordinates business, ICT and external partner teams while managing planning, budgets, resources and dependencies. It also covers risks, issues, changes, governance reporting, stakeholder alignment, deliverable quality and deadlines.

The profile requires 2–5 years of IT project-management experience and knowledge of Agile, Prince2 and PMO approaches. The consultant must be comfortable in complex multi-stakeholder environments and bring strong organizational, communication, analytical and structured-working capabilities. Public-sector or justice experience, case-management-system knowledge and digital-transformation experience are considered advantages.
