Cyclops is seeking a Project Manager to own industrial investment projects from concept to completion. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, coordinate clients, contractors and suppliers, and ensure safe, timely delivery within budget.

The role requires a solid engineering background and strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, French is a plus.

• Own project scope, planning, budget, risks and overall execution.
• Act as Owner's Representative for clients or join a multidisciplinary project team.

• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Ready to take ownership of industrial investment projects?

Are you an engineer with project experience and ready to take the lead? At Cyclops, you'll manage challenging industrial investment projects for leading companies in industries such as Food, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, FMCG and Metallurgy.

As a Project Manager, you'll act as the client's trusted partner, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

About The Role

• As a Project Manager, you lead industrial investment projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and according to the highest quality standards;
• You take ownership of the project scope, planning, budget, risks and overall execution;
• You act as the Owner's Representative for our clients or become part of a larger multidisciplinary project team;
• You build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other key stakeholders;
• You coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective communication throughout every phase of the project;
• You monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track;
• You contribute to the continued growth of Cyclops by delivering successful projects and building long-term client relationships.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You have at least 4 years of experience managing or coordinating industrial projects and are ready to take ownership of complex investment projects;
• You combine a solid engineering background with strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills;
• You're a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a genuine "make it happen" mentality;
• You know how to keep the bigger picture in mind while staying organized and maintaining attention to detail;
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a strong plus.
