Cyclops is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial investment projects from concept to completion in Belgium. You will manage scope, planning, budget, and quality, coordinating suppliers, contractors, and teams to achieve shared objectives.

The role requires a master’s degree or technical bachelor’s with experience, at least 3 years in a project environment, and fluency in English plus Dutch or French. Travel to client sites within a reasonable distance is expected.

About The Role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the full execution of industrial investment projects for external clients.

A Summary Of Your Main Tasks

• You manage projects with a strong focus on scope, planning, budget, quality, and safety, ensuring smooth and successful delivery;
• Translating client needs into practical and achievable solutions, you make a tangible impact on project outcomes;
• In this role, you coordinate and lead project teams, including suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to reach shared objectives;
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client, you operate either as the owner’s representative or working within a larger project team;
• Your work spans a variety of industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and FMCG, ensuring diversity and challenge in your projects.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Preferably, you hold a master’s degree in engineering, or a technical bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience;
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a project environment, either as an engineer or in a project/lead role;
• You show a proactive, hands‑on mindset with a strong sense of ownership, and you are able to stay resilient while delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment;
• You have a strong attention to detail, a structured way of working, and the flexibility to travel within a reasonable distance to client sites;
• You are fluent in English and Dutch or French;
