Cyclops is seeking a Project Manager to own industrial investment projects from concept to completion. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, coordinate clients, contractors and suppliers, and ensure safe, timely delivery within budget.

The role requires a solid engineering background and strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing or coordinating industrial projects.
• Solid engineering background with strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes a "make it happen" mentality.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead industrial investment projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and within budget.
• Own project scope, planning, budget, risks and overall execution.
• Act as Owner's Representative for clients or join a multidisciplinary project team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective communication through all project phases.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to Cyclops growth by delivering successful projects and building long-term client relationships.
