You will be responsible for client needs analysis, project planning, and team leadership, ensuring all safety, quality, and timeline standards are met. A technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with organizational and communication skills in Dutch and English.

To strengthen the team in Antwerp, we are looking for a motivated Project Manager. Thanks to the strong synergy between the different branches, you will work as a Project Manager at various locations where the client needs us.

• You conduct client visits, analyze their needs and translate them into a technically feasible solution with a clear project plan and risk analysis
• You plan, organize and follow up on projects from setup to dismantling, including materials, transport, installation and removal
• You lead operators and worksites while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and deadlines are respected
• You act as the main point of contact for clients, colleagues and partners, ensuring clear communication about project progress
• You identify risks, solve problems and report on progress, safety and quality
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a technical background or equivalent through experience
• Experience as a Project Manager in the mentioned sectors is considered a plus
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Very good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities
• Results- oriented and able to work under pressure
• Flexible with working hours (always in consultation)
