Als Lead Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor projectleiding vanaf offerte tot levering, met focus op technologische input en klantensoep voor lange termijn relaties.

Qualifications

• Minimaal een Master degree in een relevante marine offshore discipline, met sterke nadruk op mariene elektro-technische engineering.
• Ervaring met coördineren van een team technicians.
• Technische input leveren aan klanten.
• Open communicatie met lange termijn relaties met stakeholders, klanten en leveranciers.
• Klantgericht en dienstverlenend.
• Bij voorkeur netwerk in marine offshore industrie.
• Teamspeler.
• Ervaring met budgetbeheer en rapportage.
• Hands-on mentaliteit.
• Bereidheid tot reizen, ook internationaal.

Responsabilités

• Leiden van diverse projecten van offerte tot levering.
• Uitbreiden van ons offshore projectportfolio door business development en klantcontact.
• Ontwikkelen en motiveren van jezelf en collega’s om het hoogste doel te bereiken voor jezelf, elkaar en het bedrijf.

Profiel

Skills & Qualifications

• A Master degree (or equivalent), preferably in a relevant Marine offshore discipline, with a strong emphasis on marine electro-technical engineering.
• Experience in coordinating a team of technician.
• Deliver technical input to our clients
• Open communication skills with the ability to build long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients and suppliers
• Customer focused and service oriented
• Preferably an established network in the marine offshore industry
• Team player
• Experience in budget management and reporting
• Hands-on mentality
• Willingness to travel frequently, including international travel
