Hectaar NV is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for our office in Ternat to lead construction projects from contract signing to delivery. You will coordinate site preparation, select partners, lead site meetings, and ensure timely execution with clients, contractors, and architects.

The role requires a master’s degree in construction or civil/industrial engineering or equivalent experience, a commercial mindset, and independent, proactive work style.

• From contract signing to delivery, manage your projects.
• Oversee site preparation: quotes, partners, and contractor contacts.
• Lead site meetings and maintain communication with clients, contractors, and architects.
• Monitor execution through site visits and ensure smooth coordination.
• Manage project staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts for best value.
• Monitor budget and schedule to keep on track.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout construction.
• Switch between projects and monitor deadlines.
• Be an enthusiastic team player.
• Hold a driver’s license B.

With a strong presence in West and East Flanders, we are expanding our growth in Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, and Hainaut. To support this growth, we are looking for a project manager for our office in Ternat.

What will you do?

• Responsible for your projects from contract signing to delivery.
• In charge of site preparation, such as requesting quotes, selecting partners, and establishing contacts with the contractor.
• Lead site meetings and maintain communication with clients, contractors, and architects.
• Monitor the execution through regular site visits and ensure smooth coordination.
• Manage project staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, aiming for the best value for money.
• Monitor the budget and closely follow the schedule and timing to keep everything on track.
• Ensure smooth guidance and a satisfied customer throughout the entire construction process.
• Switch smoothly between different projects and monitor deadlines.
• Act as an enthusiastic team player.
• Hold a driver’s license B.
