Job summary

Nalys is a growing consultancy specializing in high-tech engineering and life sciences. The Digital Portfolio Support Officer will operate in a matrixed, governance-driven environment, supporting a portfolio of digital initiatives across engineering facilities, safety, wellbeing and sustainability.

In this role, you will serve as the operational right hand to the Portfolio Lead, ensuring smooth governance, reliable reporting, and timely progress of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of PMO, project coordination, portfolio support or governance experience.
• Ability to deliver review-ready outputs autonomously with limited supervision.
• Proven ability to build executive-level presentations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with project managers on status, milestones, deliverables, resources and budgets.
• Prepare and consolidate materials for portfolio reviews and governance committees.

Job Description

As a Digital Portfolio Support Officer, you will join the global engineering organization of a leading biopharmaceutical company.

You will support a portfolio of digital initiatives covering engineering facilities, health & safety, wellbeing and environmental sustainability.

You will act as the operational right hand of the Portfolio Lead. Your focus will be on making governance run smoothly, keeping reporting reliable and moving projects forward across a broad network of stakeholders. This is a support-oriented role, built for someone who thrives on structure, follow-up and high-quality deliverables.

We’re looking for an autonomous and well-organized PMO professional who enjoys connecting people and turning complex information into clear messages for leadership.

The Role & Responsibilities

Working in a matrix environment alongside project managers and leadership teams, your responsibilities will include:

• Following up with project managers on status, milestones, deliverables, resources and budgets
• Preparing and consolidating materials for portfolio reviews, prioritization meetings and governance committees
• Supporting the organization and follow-up of portfolio and governance meetings
• Maintaining dashboards, KPIs, trackers and status reports, and monitoring backlogs in Azure DevOps
• Creating leadership-ready presentations with clear storytelling
• Preparing communication packages, newsletters and project updates
• Managing SharePoint content and keeping documentation versioned, archived and accessible
• Contributing to resource planning, capacity reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• You have minimum 4 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, portfolio support or project governance
• You work autonomously and deliver review-ready outputs with limited supervision
• You have advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel and are experienced in building executive-level presentations
• You know how to maintain dashboards, KPIs and portfolio documentation
• You are familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies, as well as SharePoint and Teams
• You are confident challenging stakeholders and proactively following up to get answers
• You are fluent in both French and English
• Experience with Planisware, Azure DevOps, Jira or Power BI, exposure to digital or AI initiatives, a background in pharma or other regulated environments, and certifications such as Prince2, CAPM or Agile Fundamentals are strong assets.
