As a Process Engineer, you will join a Process Engineering team within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, mainly supporting device assembly and packaging activities, with occasional involvement in solid dosage form production.
You will contribute to a busy period marked by multiple new equipment implementations, device assembly and packaging projects, and equipment decommissioning and production area revamping initiatives.
This role acts as a bridge between Production, Maintenance, and project teams, with a strong focus on equipment projects, shop floor support, investigations, and continuous improvement.
You will support URS definition, testing strategies, and qualification protocols, manage Change Controls, and drive root cause analysis and CAPA implementation following deviations.
We are looking for someone with a solid manufacturing background, a strong operational mindset, and the ability to work confidently across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Process Engineering team and working closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Automation, IT, and external suppliers, your responsibilities will include:
You will join a team of around a dozen Process Engineers supporting Production, in a collaborative and team-oriented culture with frequent interactions across multiple stakeholders and technical experts. The team currently has significant momentum, driven by several equipment and revamping projects, and is looking to strengthen its capacity on the ground.
