TMC is seeking an Expert in Studies & Site Supervision for a leading mobility and infrastructure project in Ghent, Belgium. You will manage construction, renovation and maintenance from design to on-site delivery, collaborating with designers, contractors and technical specialists.

Required profile includes a Master’s in Civil/Industrial Engineering, 5–8 years’ relevant experience, and Dutch at native or C2 level.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering or related technical field such as electromechanics, electrical engineering, automation, energy or mechanical engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation or infrastructure projects.
• Dutch at native or C2 level.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented and quality-conscious mindset.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Project and Site Supervision: plan, coordinate and supervise construction and infrastructure projects; monitor scope, quality, scheduling, budget and risks; coordinate HVAC and electrical installations; lead site and project meetings; oversee commissioning, testing and handover.
• Design and Preparation: draft design and implementation documents; develop specifications and quantity schedules; prepare budget estimates and cost analyses; organize tender procedures; act as lead external official during project execution.
• Quality and Technical Support: ensure design and work quality; provide technical support during execution; conduct follow-ups and aftercare post-delivery; ensure safety and quality regulations compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: advise internal clients and building managers; collaborate in multidisciplinary teams; serve as point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
