Appsierra Group is seeking an experienced project leader to drive data & analytics initiatives from start to finish. You will define scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management, and develop full-scale project plans and communications documents.

You will draft budgets, manage approvals, monitor progress against schedule and budget, and ensure quality standards. Regularly report risks and status to team leads and stakeholders while coordinating with business and IT teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead project delivery from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communications documents following company standards.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and adjust budgets per defined process.
• Ensure deliverables meet schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team leads and stakeholders.
• Define and agree project or service scope with all relevant parties.
• Liaise with business and IT teams on an ongoing basis.
• Diagnose risks and issues and implement mitigation plans; report risks regularly to team leads and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering Data & Analytics deliverables (data platform, ingestion of data assets, reporting, data science, data exploration, AI/ML, ...)
• Knowledge of the Azure data stack and SAP and BW4 is a plus.
• Knowledge of train planning, passenger transport, train maintenance, HR, Finance, Marketing & Sales processes is a plus

Lead project delivery from beginning to end;

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders;

Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard;

Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;

Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;

Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;

Ensure project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;

Liaise with business and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;

Diagnose and evaluate potential risks and issues throughout the project and execute appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks

You have experience in delivering Data & Analytics deliverables (building data platform, ingestion of data assets, reporting, data science, data exploration, AI/ML, ...)

Knowledge of the Azure data stack and SAP and BW4 is a plus

Knowledge of train planning, passenger transport, train maintenance, HR, Finance, Marketing & Sales processes is a plus
