YOUR ROLE

As a Project Coordinator, you are the essential link between the office, the site, and our partners. You ensure everything runs smoothly – both on paper and in practice.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and following up on projects from A to Z
• Preparing and sending work orders to our teams
• Creating purchase orders for suppliers
• Managing the purchase and rental of materials and equipment
• Organizing logistics (who, what, where, when)
• Managing Checkin@Work
• Following up on VCA administration
• Keeping contracts, certificates, and documents of subcontractors up to date

• You are structured, proactive, and stress-resistant
