CMA CGM Belgium is seeking a Sales Support professional to back Outside Sales in Breakbulk and Project Cargo. You will prepare quotations, coordinate pricing, and ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams across CRM and NOVA platforms.

The role emphasizes accurate data management, timely responses to inquiries, and collaboration with Operations and Commercial teams to meet customer requirements and support revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for Breakbulk and Project Cargo opportunities.
• Coordinate pricing requests with internal stakeholders and follow up with customers and sales reps.
• Support tender, contracts, and commercial agreements preparation.
• Maintain opportunities and quotations in NOVA, CRM, and other systems.
• Monitor quotation validity and collect customer feedback; drive timely responses.
• Act as the main internal contact for Breakbulk/Project Cargo inquiries and coordinate with operations.
