Keystone Solutions seeks an experienced Security Project Manager for a client-site consultancy mission focused on NIS2 Essentials compliance. You will drive ICT security initiatives, manage budgets and risks, and guide the project through realization and service transition.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate teams across security domains such as network, endpoint, and IAM. Dutch or French fluency is essential for collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience including planning, budgeting and risk management.
• Experience documenting infrastructure solutions and leading security projects across multiple domains.
• Certification in PRINCE2 or other project management frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with NIS2, ISO27001, NIST, or other security frameworks.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French with good passive knowledge of the other language.

Responsabilités

• Manage ICT security initiatives, ensuring planning, budget, quality and risk control.
• Oversee project realization with detailed planning, progress reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Lead service transition, defining operational plans, support, processes and procedures.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper evidence for compliance and audits.
• Organize change management and communication plans to support project development.
• Adopt a motivating, advisory role with management and business units.
• Coordinate and motivate the project team during realization.
