Job summary

Rhox is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead cards delivery across business and IT in Brussels. You will develop programme plans, govern steering committees and monitor progress, coordinating risk management and budgeting to drive strategic outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in complex programmes, banking knowledge, and strong leadership with fluency in English and French and Dutch collaboration. Regular cross-border coordination and stakeholder engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience managing complex projects or programmes.
• Banking knowledge and business and IT experience.
• Understanding of workflow processes and familiarity with various IT systems.
• Project management methodologies and tools: Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, Clarity, MS Project.
• Strategic thinking, stakeholder management and team leadership.
