BMW Group Belux is seeking a Product Expert within the Product Management team to translate customer needs and market trends into innovative products and services. You’ll shape our portfolio and drive end-to-end launches across mobility solutions, reporting to the Manager Product Management & Innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and creativity; able to challenge conventional thinking.

• Proactive, adaptable and resilient, with a drive to take ownership.
• Proven experience in product development, product management and GTM execution.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of the portfolio by developing innovative products and services and enhance existing offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities by staying ahead of market trends, legislation and developments in Business Mobility.
• Transform market insights into compelling product concepts, strategic recommendations and business cases.
• Lead concept and feasibility studies to assess potential of new initiatives and product enhancements.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation plans and drive go-to-market strategies.
• Take ownership of cross-functional product projects with effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver training sessions, presentations and workshops as a trusted product ambassador.
