BIA Group in Belgium seeks a Product Manager to lead product planning and execution across the lifecycle, gathering requirements and defining the product vision with engineering, sales, supply chain, marketing and support to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role also encompasses Brand Manager responsibilities to ensure alignment with company strategy, drive pricing, OEM collaboration and market growth across Europe, Africa and Asia.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with earthmoving equipment industry is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage product development strategies and pricing.
• Coordinate OEM partnerships and market entry planning.
• Translate strategy into actionable training and sales tools for teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor products to identify growth opportunities.
• Support marketing with product launches and pricing negotiations.
• Manage stock and support forecasts within budget constraints.
