Koda Staff is seeking a Product Security Specialist in Ghent to help clients build secure, resilient connected products. You’ll work on secure product development, threat modelling, and security testing, with a focus on the Cyber Resilience Act and related standards across Europe.

Join a fast-growing cybersecurity consultancy and collaborate with engineering teams to embed security throughout the product lifecycle, while developing deep expertise in CRA compliance and secure development

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or secure product development.
• Knowledge of Secure SDLC, threat modelling and secure coding.
• Hands-on testing of product, firmware, or embedded security.
• Familiar with connected devices (IoT/IIoT) and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of CRA, IEC 62443 or ETSI EN 303 645 standards/regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a bonus.

I’m currently recruiting for a Product Security Specialist to join a fast-growing cybersecurity consultancy based in Ghent, helping leading organisations build secure, resilient connected products. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of product security, partnering with innovative clients across Europe while deepening your expertise in the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and secure product development.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in cybersecurity, product security, or secure product development
• Strong knowledge of Secure SDLC, threat modelling, and secure coding
• Hands-on experience testing the security of products, firmware, or embedded systems
• Familiarity with connected devices (IoT/IIoT), vulnerability management, SBOMs etc.
• Knowledge of security standards and regulations such as CRA, IEC 62443 or ETSI EN 303 645
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent is a plus
• Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a bonus)
