Koda Staff is seeking a Product Security Specialist in Ghent to help clients build secure, resilient connected products. You’ll work on secure product development, threat modelling, and security testing, with a focus on the Cyber Resilience Act and related standards across Europe.

Join a fast-growing cybersecurity consultancy and collaborate with engineering teams to embed security throughout the product lifecycle, while developing deep expertise in CRA compliance and secure development

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or secure product development.
• Knowledge of Secure SDLC, threat modelling and secure coding.
• Hands-on testing of product, firmware, or embedded security.
• Familiar with connected devices (IoT/IIoT) and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of CRA, IEC 62443 or ETSI EN 303 645 standards/regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a bonus.

• Lead product security assessments and threat modelling for connected products.
• Guide engineering teams on secure-by-design principles and vulnerability management.
• Support clients in preparing for the Cyber Resilience Act and regulations.
• Collaborate across Europe with clients to embed security throughout product lifecycles.
