2BeGood is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Expert to drive day-to-day security operations and coordinate vulnerability remediation across Europe from the Liège region. You will be the European anchor for the group's security operations, collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to maintain robust cyber resilience.

Requirements include 5+ years in cybersecurity, fluency in English and French, and relevant CSSP/ISO27001 experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT with a cybersecurity focus.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in cybersecurity or vulnerability management.
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate in French.
• CSSP or ISO27001 certification and NIS2 experience are strong assets.
• Experience in industrial (OT) environments or endpoint security is appreciated.
• Proficiency with Windows and solid Linux, SIEM, NDR/EDR fundamentals.
• Familiarity with remediation, patch management and ticketing tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across international stakeholders.
• Autonomy, rigour and team spirit are valued.

Responsabilités

• Drive day-to-day vulnerability remediation activities and fast escalation of critical issues.
• Coordinate security operations: alert triage, ticket management, escalation adherence.
• Manage email quarantine requests per security policies.
• Coordinate regional compliance, audits and regulatory reporting with stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for authorities (CCB, ANSSI) when needed.
• Contribute to IT/OT cybersecurity initiatives: risk identification and reviews.
• Report status of security activities and ongoing projects clearly and regularly.
• Help raise the cyber maturity of the organisation.

Our partner, an international industrial group, is looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Expert to drive day-to-day security operations and structure vulnerability remediation across Europe. At the crossroads of operational cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and international coordination, this role offers a rare, strategic and hands-on playground.

Your role

Reporting directly to the international Information Security leadership (USA) and working closely with local IT teams (based in the Liège region and across Europe), you become the European anchor point for the group's security operations.

• Drive and accelerate vulnerability remediation activities, ensuring rigorous follow-up and fast escalation of critical issues;
• Coordinate day-to-day SecOps activities: alert triage, ticket management, adherence to escalation procedures;
• Manage email quarantine requests in line with established security policies;
• Orchestrate regional compliance, audit and regulatory reporting activities, working closely with stakeholders;
• Contribute to preparing materials for relevant authorities (such as CCB, ANSSI) when needed;
• Actively participate in IT/OT cybersecurity initiatives: risk identification, security reviews, documentation;
• Report clearly and accurately on the status of security activities and ongoing projects;
• Gradually become a trusted go-to person, helping raise the cyber maturity of an entire organisation.

Are you the one?

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, specialised in cybersecurity, or have equivalent experience;
• You have min. 5 years' experience in cybersecurity or vulnerability management;
• Fluency in English and abilities to communicate in French are required;
• A CSSP or ISO27001 certification and experience with the NIS2 framework are strong assets;
• Experience in industrial (OT) environments or endpoint security is appreciated;
• You're comfortable with Windows environments and have solid Linux, SIEM and NDR/EDR fundamentals;
• You're familiar with remediation, patch management and ticketing tools;
• Your communication is clear, and you know how to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders in an international context;
• You're recognised for your autonomy, rigour and team spirit.
