Amplifon seeks a senior pricing and product leader to maximize revenues per head by optimizing the customer offering across hearing care products and services. You will design and monitor pricing, bundles, and promos, working closely with Finance, Sales, and IT to drive growth.

You will lead a team of two specialists, push for data-driven decisions, and contribute to the digital ecosystem strategy, including Amplifon App adoption, while coordinating with international teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of pricing/product experience.
• Proven track record of multifunctional projects leadership.
• Digital knowledge would be very appreciated; BI experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead pricing and promo strategy and monitor margins.
• Design and maintain product and service bundles for hearing care offerings.
• Lead and develop a team of 2 specialists.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Audiology, etc.
