Dstny, headquartered in Brussels, is seeking a Product Owner to lead the delivery of end-user Unified Communications UX across web, desktop, and mobile. You will own the backlog, drive cross-platform consistency, and ensure releases meet quality, accessibility, and performance standards.

The role collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Architecture to translate quarterly objectives into actionable sprint plans while coordinating releases and ensuring a coherent user experience

Qualifications

At least 4 years as Product Owner for web and/or mobile apps.
Experience delivering across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
Collaborates with UX designers and design system teams.

Responsabilités

Own and refine the backlog in partnership with product management and engineering.
Drive coherent UX across web, desktop, iOS and Android platforms.
Set acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (performance, accessibility).
Coordinate releases across web, desktop, and mobile including app stores.
Translate quarterly objectives into sprint plans and track delivery.
Work with engineers, designers, QA, writers; incorporate user feedback.
Influence priorities and clarity beyond formal people management.
