Amaris Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Product Owner to take ownership of product vision, backlog management, and delivery coordination within cross-functional teams. The role operates in a trilingual (French/Dutch/English) setting and offers a permanent CDI contract.

You will translate business objectives into valuable digital solutions and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and UX/UI teams to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role in an Agile environment.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum principles, and software delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English (mandatory requirement).
• Experience in sectors like banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
• Comfortable working on-site in Brussels with some flexibility depending on client/project.

Responsabilités

• Be the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather, define, and translate business needs into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Lead stakeholder workshops, manage expectations, and maintain a strong product vision.
• Collaborate with developers and UX/UI teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Track product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support testing, go-live activities, and post-deployment analysis.
