Appsierra Group in Brussels is seeking a Product Owner to define and maintain the product vision, manage the backlog, and work with both technical and business teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

You will prioritize user stories, coordinate with developers, architects, UX/UI, and stakeholders, and facilitate governance sessions to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Ownership within complex digital programs.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with backlog management, user stories, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory impacts on business processes and ability to translate them into functional requirements.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the product vision in alignment with business needs and regulatory developments.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, write user stories, and track development progress.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, UX/UI and business teams to ensure functional consistency.
• Organize and facilitate product governance circles, including workshops, reviews, demonstrations, and user testing.
• Identify necessary changes, propose continuous improvements, and guarantee product quality.
