Qualifications

• Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a bridging role between business and IT.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and technical sustainability.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities, technical requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience collaborating with internal and/or external development teams.
• Proven track record in managing business-driven and technical change requests.

Responsabilités

• Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business needs.
• Backlog Management: Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog; create well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather feedback and translate requirements into backlog items; build relationships across departments.
• Scrum Team Collaboration: Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Backlog Refinement; provide context to development teams.
• Quality & Acceptance: Ensure solutions meet defined quality standards and Definition of Done; participate in testing and validation.
