Job summary

Everience is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation program in the energy sector. You will bridge Grid Development experts with multidisciplinary delivery teams, shaping the product roadmap and prioritising the backlog.

You will collaborate with business experts, IT and data teams, lead discovery with end users, coordinate sprint planning, and ensure adoption of data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience in an Agile, digital or product-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of the energy sector, grid development, infrastructure or another data-intensive environment.
• Experience with data products, analytical tools, workflow digitalization or decision-support solutions is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate expert needs into clear priorities and actionable product requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and professionally comfortable in Dutch and/or French.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Working at the intersection ofbusiness, IT, data and energy, you will act as the bridge between Grid Development experts and multidisciplinary digital delivery teams.
