TVH is seeking a Product Owner to take ownership of the People components within TVH's ecosystem, defining vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.

You will work with HR stakeholders, analysts and partners to deliver high-quality HR solutions, manage releases and ensure uptime. The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, agile practices and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or business administration.
• Proven experience in HR domain.
• Strong knowledge of product management and agile practices.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes.

Responsabilités

• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for HR capabilities.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, analysts and vendors to deliver HR solutions.
• Prioritize features, manage releases and maintain the product backlog.
• Gather requirements and write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Support the team with coaching and clear guidance.
